...kickstart planning for 29idc...

It's the time of the year, where we set out to form the TEAM of people to organise the INCOVAR Dhamma Camp aka IDC. IDC have been in place for many years and it has always brought fond memories and inspiration to the camp participants as well as the organisers.

It would be good to have new committee in the team, but here's the basic requirement: -
- have participated in the IDC at least once...
- want to volunteer your service for the Buddhist community...
- want to develop your leadership qualities...
- want to inspire yourself and others as well...
- be committed to organise a minimum of 2 camps, preferably a cycle of 4 camps...

...in incovar, we not only organize camps but we go much farther than just being a camp organizer. as a committee, we get to learn many things that we dont get to learn from anywhere. being a camp committee is not only about spending your time to run camps, but it is about spending your time to learn and upgrade your knowledge in many areas of our life, we get to learn how to BALANCE our live; not only 8 hours at work and 3 hours with INCOVAR, but how can we utilize what we have learnt in our day job in INCOVAR and how we can use what we have learnt in INCOVAR in our daily job. that is living a BALANCE life!...
