Full Moon Musical Puja ~ Discovering Buddhism ~ 10 April 2009

Dear friends,
Let's mark down the date for this full moon musical puja ::
Date : 10-Apr 2009 (Friday)
Time : 8.30pm - 10.30pm
Talk : "Discovering Buddhism"
Speaker for Talk by : Bro. Dayananda
Musical Sharing by: [tbc]
N.B. Dayananda (bro. Daya as he is more popularly known) hails from Penang, the only son of Sinhalese Buddhist parents. Here he was given a copy of the Kalama Sutta and upon reading it he “discovered” the Buddha Dhamma and has been living by it ever since. 1960 through 1963 he was involved with the Mahindarama Buddhist Temple and the setting up of its Sunday Pali School.

Bro. Daya is a trainer in Sales & Marketing and a recognised professional speaker and motivator. He is currently engaged with another USA based multinational.

Bro. Dayananda successfully completed the recently organised, first ever Dhamma Speakers’ Course and has spoken at several Buddhist orgnisations whenever his busy work schedule has permitted him.

Feel free to bring along fruits, flowers and even candies for Puja offering. Most importantly, bring your family and friends along to experience a spiritual Friday evening.

INCOVAR Facilitators Team

INCOVARIANS,

The INCOVAR Facilitators consist of a team of people who have what it takes to assist in the running of the INCOVAR Dhamma camp. They consist of selected individuals who have participated in INCOVAR and have shown their potential in leading and facilitating groups of people and are interested to be part of the team.
They have proved their competency in guiding and inspiring participants in providing the training, knowledge and experience of the teaching of Buddha and encouraging them to relate Dhamma in their daily lives and deepening their confidence in the Triple Gem.
They have showed a significant INCOVARIAN attitude, that is to INSPIRE. This team has established themselves in many areas of inspiration and motivation and instilling the learning and understanding of the Dhamma.
The involvement of this team of facilitators is sure to bring out the sparkle of determination and the perseverance of the INCOVARIAN’s participation in the camp.
Do you have what it takes to be part of the INCOVAR Facilitator Team? Or you are interested but have no knowledge about it? Drop me a line and we will explore further from there. Training will be provided.
