Flashback of the BGF Chap Goh Meh Potluck Dinner!
Learnt something from Lama Samten on the Four Dharmas of Gampopa. The Four Dharmas of Gampopa is a shorter version of the Jewel Ornament of Liberation, which contains the entire teachings of the Buddha.

"Bless me the Path into Clarifying Confusion"
"Bless me Confusion dawning into Wisdom"
